1:1 Support for Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum

This isn’t therapy.
It isn’t medical care.
And it isn’t a one-size-fits-all program.

It’s consistent, personal support during one of the biggest transitions of your life.

What Support Can Include

Our work together is shaped around you and where you are.

Support may include:

  • Healing and processing past birth experiences

  • Addressing fear and anxiety during pregnancy

  • Talking through options and preparing intentionally for birth

  • Creating a thoughtful postpartum support plan

  • Birth processing after your baby arrives

  • Ongoing emotional support through the early postpartum weeks

Some moms work with me mostly during pregnancy.
Some primarily postpartum.
Many choose both.

Who This Is For

This support is for you if:

  • You’re pregnant (especially after a previous birth)

  • You want to feel informed, supported, and intentional

  • You value having a steady, trusted presence to talk things through

This may not be a good fit if:

  • You’re looking only for medical advice

  • You want a one-time session or quick fix

How It Works

  • 1:1 virtual support

  • Flexible scheduling

  • From home, in your pajamas if you want

  • Weekly or biweekly options available

We’ll talk through what support would be most helpful for you and your season.
